Vacation Rental Description

The unit is on the 7th or 10th floor. There is an in-suite washer/dryer. The beds are - queen in the master bedroom (tv in master), standard double in the second bedroom, no sofa bed just sofa in living room. There is also a fold up crib/playpen if required. You have the use of the telephone in the apartment, local outgoing calls only or long distance/international with a calling card. You may receive calls from anywhere.

Terms:
50% required immediately to hold your dates, balance due 30 days from your arrival. The security deposit is payable at booking time as well.
Payment by wire transfer (plus a C$45 service fee per transfer), or by credit card using telephone (I have a credit card merchant account with a 4% surcharge) or PayPal (with a 5% surcharge). Canadian residents may direct deposit to my business chequing account with no additional surcharges.

Cancellation Terms: More than 30 days from your arrival date, refund of deposits less C$100 cancellation fee. Less than 30 days from your arrival date, NO MONIES RETURNED!

The Galileo building is centrally located at the corner of Homer and Robson streets, across the road from the Vancouver Public Library. It is FULLY FURNISHED, and includes all bed clothes, TV/video, cooking utensils, glassware, and crockery.

The use of a private underground parking stall is $12 per day. Building amenities include excellent security, hot tub, steam room, billiards, library, and gymnasium. A small grocery store is available at the entrance for the essentials. Starbucks cafe is on the ground floor near the entrance. EVERYTHING YOU NEED FROM A HOTEL SUITE AT HALF THE PRICE!

Apartment Rental Rates Low Season Price : $155 High Season Price : $155 per Week		View Availability Calendar

The rate will be C$155 per night (5 night minimum booking as per website), C$995 per week (+GST@5% - only applicable for periods up to 30 days) or $2995 per month. There is a once off C$85 cleaning fee, per stay. Parking, is C$12 per day if required. The rate is based on 2 people sharing....extra persons to a maximum of 4 is $15 pppn. You would have to let me know if you require parking at booking time so that I may reserve one from the parking pool. Parking is included for stays over 1 month. There is also a $500 security deposit (for guests under 18 years of age) which is refundable within 14 days of your departure assuming of course that there is no damage over and above what is considered normal wear and tear - Smoking in the apartment will forfeit your security deposit!
