DEPOSIT - A refundable $300 is due to hold your booking. This will be returned within 14 days after your stay. PAYMENT – Full payment of the rental rate is required fourteen (14) days before arrival. Please make payments in the form of traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks payable to Candisha Story. Other payment options are to pay with credit card via PayPal or cash upon arrival. CANCELLATIONS – A fourteen (14) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than fourteen(14) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 14 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. The deposit is still refundable.
