We require a deposit of 500$C at time of booking. The deposit is held as bond during your stay and is refunded after your departure upon verification of the apartment and its contents. For rentals of one month or less: rent for the entire rental period is due on arrival. For rentals of more than one month: rent for the first month is due on arrival and monthly thereafter. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. Your payments can also be made in cash or by bank draft, money order, bank wire transfer, email money transfer. Cancellations at least 1 month before your arrival date: we will refund your deposit minus 50$C processing fee. Cancellations less than 1 month before your arrival date: we will keep your reservation deposit of 500$C. If you leave the apartment before your scheduled departure date, we will keep the current months' prepaid rent.
