This unit has original hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, designer lighting and gated, reserved, underground parking. While the property is quiet and secure, you are just steps away from excellent restaurants, shopping and entertainment. 
 
The loft has one bedroom with a kingsized bed, sliding glass walls, a plasma TV and a large custom closet. The second bedroom affectionately known as the "crash pad" is a very small bedroom that will sleep two people. The loft has a work station with internet access, a spacious bathroom with shower, separate tub and a stainless kitchen. There is also a washer/dryer and plenty of storage. Relax in the living room or on the outdoor balcony while watching cruise ships arrive and depart daily and enjoy stunning panoramic views of Vancouver's inner harbour as well as the snow-capped mountains featuring local ski areas.
