				High Season Price:	$210 per Day

CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3PM PST AND CHECK-OUT IS 11AM. RESERVATION DEPOSIT of $500 is required. This must be received within three (3) days of booking the reservation. DAMAGE DEPOSIT - The $500 reservations deposit will automatically convert to the damage deposit. PAYMENT – final payment for the rent is due 30 days before arrival. The deposit can be made via bank draft/money order, wire transfer, Western Union or credit cards (3% transaction fee will apply). CANCELLATIONS – a thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. CLEANING FEE – there is an $80 cleaning fee applicable to all rentals. PARKING – parking for one vehicle is available for additional $10/day, $60/week and $120/month
