Only 3km from the newly opened Golden Ears Bridge connecting Highway 1 (at Langley) to Maple Ridge, you can stay at this comfortable suite in a home and be much happier than staying at a hotel. This suite is a 1-bedroom with a queen size bed, and there’s a fold-out sofa in the living room, so 4 can sleep comfortably. With your own kitchen, you can save money cooking your own breakfasts and making your own picnics for your days out exploring. Within walking distance to the Maple Ridge Golf Course, and only 2-3 blocks for shopping, restaurants, banks, bus stop, and the West Coast train station, you will be very pleased with the location. The owners accept pets, and they have two friendly dogs of their own who will welcome you. There’s off-street parking as well. No smoking in the suite but outside is Okay. The living room has a wood stove, many books, movies, TV, DVD player, board games, and internet access for your laptop. This location is only 40 minutes from Vancouver Int’l Airport and 40 minutes from Grouse Mtn and Cypress Bowl skiing facilities, with historic Fort Langley close by, and Golden Ears Provincial Park is 11km north of Maple Ridge (555km2 with the twin peaks of Mt. Blanshard being referred to as the “Golden Ears”). You can walk to golf and to the Fraser River and go fishing, if you like, with some fishing gear available for your use. The suite is only a 2-hour drive to Whistler, the site of the 2010 Winter Olympics! Rates are very reasonable at $85/night or $500/week based on double occupancy with a small extra fee for additional people and/or pets. There are many sporting activities you can enjoy at Golden Ears Provincial Park: mountain biking, climbing, fishing, boating, etc. The Vancouver Zoo is in Aldergrove about a 15-20 minute drive from the property. Whistler for world-class skiing, snowboarding and other winter sports is a 2-hour drive, with Cypress Bowl and Grouse Mountain only a 40-minute drive for closer-in skiing. Fishing in the Fraser River is close by the house, and golfing at Maple Ridge Golf Course is a 5-minute walk. There's a soccer pitch, football field and baseball diamond within walking distance, and a municipal swimming pool here in Maple Ridge. Maple Ridge also has a casino, museums, night clubs and cinema for your local enjoyment!

				Low Season Price:	$85 per Day
				High Season Price:	$85 per Day

50% of rent payable at least 15 days prior to arrival, with remainder of rent due upon arrival. Damage deposit requested, payable upon arrival. If cancellation is made: - at least 10 days prior to arrival there shall be a 10% penalty; - at least 7 days prior to arrival there shall be a 50% penalty; - within 7 days of arrival, no refund shall be given. Payments may be made by cheque if sufficient time to clear banks; if not, then by money order, certified cheque or bank draft, with cash on arrival. Rate is $85 Canadian/night (or $500 Canadian/week) for 2 people, with additional small charge for each additional person and/or pet(s). Check with owner for Winter Olympics 2010 rates.
