Vacation Rental Description
Our condo is located in Settler's Crossing, the newest complex in Sun Peaks' East Village. Our unit is located on the quiet back side of building 1 and offers true ski in ski out as you can strap on your skies just steps from our front door and ski out to the Morrisey chair. For those who prefer to drive to the day lodge, ski school and child care center it is only a 3 min drive down the road. As well, there is a complimentary ski shuttle which provides bus service to the day lodge. Our place faces slope side and offer gorgeous snow/mountain views in winter and a view of the 16th fairway in summer. 
The main village, only a 15 min walk or 3 min drive, offers many dinning opportunities and various bars and pubs. On the walk there you will pass the public sports complex which offers an outdoor pool and hot tub as well as tennis courts and basketball during the summer. 
We offer a full kitchen which is well appointed with a great assortment of cook & bake ware if you prefer to self cater. All the basics, such as cooking oil, vinegar, spices, condiments etc are stocked and available for your use. 
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and the den has a double futon with a single bunk on top. The futon can fold into a couch to allow for extra space during the day. The bathroom is accessible from the kitchen as well as the master bedroom. 
In order to allow extra space in the living area we have set up our kitchen bar as our eating area.  
The cozy & luxurious living room has a 32" LCD TV with a built in CD/DVD player on the right side. 
The ski locker is located just outside of our front door and has the same key code access for you. You will also find some snow sliders and a pair of men's a women's ice skates (both size 9) which you are welcome to use. During the some we keep 2 foldable lawn chairs in the ski locker. 
Our unit comes with a reserved, underground heated parking stall conveniently located close to our front dooras well as additional guest parking. 
We have 2 children of our own and have left books, toys, movies and games for you to use during your stay. 
Sun Peaks is a fabulous all Season Resort which offers many outdoor activities, as well there is shopping and a spa in the main village, or you can just curl up with a cup of tea and a good book and simply enjoy the view and serenity.

    • As well as the regular mountain winter activities such as alpine and cross country skiing Sun Peaks offers dog sledding trips, fondue dinners on top of the mountain with a moonlit descent and snow shoeing with spectacular scenery.
