Lake front rustic cabin, is a modified 30' trailer with a living room, bathroom and kitchen extensions. Deck of living room and kitchen, and lower cabin sleeps 4 with a deck off it as well, overlooking the lake. Two showers, 3 sets of porta potties for evening use, main use is outhouse. Running stream through property gently lulls you to sleep. 42' dock for day and evening use, and a fire pit to burn burnables. As it is boat acsess everything brought in must be taken out. there is no garbage pick up, cans and bottles and put in bags and taken out, the rest is burned in the nightly fire. The kitchen has a propane stove and fridge all utensils and cookware. All beds have ground sheets and pillow cases and ask that you bring your own sheets. duvets on all beds. You will also need all your own towels for dishes, showers and beach.

there is a houseboat store 5 minutes away to rent any seadoos and get milk, bread and icecream. Its a mini Walmart of the Shuswap. You can also get boat gas their.

Propane stove and fridge, solar power and generator operated, can charge cell phones and use computer off cell phone through solar.
