Vacation Rental Description
Beautiful log chalet set in the mountains. Loft style with 3 levels. Sleeps 2-8. Air conditioned, large fully equipped gourmet kitchen, living room, dining room, family room, loft reading nook, 2 fireplaces. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with steam shower). Wraparound deck with BBQ, large resort pool. The chalet has a loft with a 23 ft high pine vaulted ceiling in the living room with a wall of windows allowing the sun to pour in. The chalet is furnished with Cricklewood furniture throughout - practical and gorgeous. We have tried to think of every detail to make this your home away from home...it's the perfect getaway for friends and family to relax and enjoy this beautiful countryside...
Technology info: Star Choice satellite with HD package installed. There is no Internet access in Edgewater yet (in process of getting approval to extend fibre optic line), but excellent signal for cell phones or blackberries. There is wireless Internet throughout Radium to sync up your laptop if you need to. Playstation2 'Rock Band' and Nintendo Wii is very popular with all ages! Large variety of games and cards (monopoly, Pictionary, trivial pursuit, poker chips).
Things to do in the area:
- 10 minutes from Radium Hot Springs
- Winter within 30-90 minutes of 6 world class ski resorts, snowmobiling, ice-fishing
- Summer minutes from Lake Windermere, golf courses, mountain biking, and hiking

Facilities
2 TV's with star choice (Shaw) satellite. VHS, Blueray DVD player. PlayStation2 and Wii game systems with approx 30 games including rockstar, guitar hero, popstar. A large selection of board games cards, poker chips, etc. We also include pool passes for your family, to the historic and healing waters of the Radium Hot Springs pools.
Activities
Activities are as abundant as your imagination. Perhaps you want to try some fishing, only a 5 minute walk down to the Columbia River, while the kids explore the forest behind the cottage. Other activities include exploring over 25 golf courses or 8 ski hills which range between 15 minutes to 2 1/2 hours from our cottage. Cross country ski out our back door or 15 minutes away on the Columbia Valley Cross Country Ski trails. There is also hiking, horse back riding, sleigh rides, snowmobiling, ice skating on the local rink, mountain biking, riding your ATV in the backcountry, maybe a dip in one of our local hot springs, a swim in Lake Windermere or browse through the many shops along main street Radium or Invermere. A fun activity many families enjoy is a round of golf at our local 9 hole Par 3 golf course (Edgewater Hilltop) only 10 minutes away. After the golf game, enjoy a homemade breakfast, lunch or dinner with pie in the clubhouse.

Other Charges: - Comprehensive Cleaning Fee $125 per stay - HST Tax of 12% is applied to all rentals Payment: If a booking is made 30 days or more before the tenancy is due to start, it must be accompanied by a deposit consisting of the first nights rent plus the taxes. The balance of the amount owing will be charged to your credit card 30 days prior to your date of arrival. If a booking is made less than 30 days before arrival, the full rent, plus taxes, must be paid at the time of booking. We allow 3 working days for any signed documentation to reach us by email, courier, Express post or fax. If we have not received the signed documents and payment after this period, Cobblestone Creek will cancel your booking and apply a charge to your credit card equal to one night accommodation at the property reserved, plus the taxes.
