Executive 2 bedroom lakefront vacation rental with private and sandy Okanagan Lake BC beach. You can enjoy breakfast in the kitchen at the kitchen nook with a viewing window or on the outside deck viewing Okanagan Lake and Silver Star Mountain. Dock with 4 point tie-up boat moorage, diving board, and picnic table. There is a sandy beach which has a firepit with supplied firewood plus a picnic table and benches. In the livingroom there is lots of seating, TV, stereo, board games, and books. In the kitchen there is a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and all the dishes, dish clothes, towels and soap you will need. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have dressers and lamps. Clean pillows sheets and blankets are supplied along with extras in the closets. The two twin beds have plastic undercovers for small children. There is one bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and all the bath and beach towels and soap needed. There is a laundry room with a stacking washer and dryer and laundry soap as well. Fully self-contained and clean, just bring your steaks for the BBQ and marshmellows for the campfire. $1,650.00 per week with a 50% damage/reservation deposit required. No pets. You supply your own boat, or other water toys. There are horseback rentals approx. 10 km's up the road. Spallumcheen Golf course is the nearest approx. 20 minutes. There are two restaurants within approx. 15 km's. There is also the O'keefe historic ranch, museum, and restaurant you can visit across from the Spallumcheen Golf course. Also Sunvalley Speedway is approx. 20 minutes and also near the Okeefe Ranch and Spallumcheen Golf.

The beach has a firepit (includes firewood), picnic table, and benches. There is a BBQ (includes propane) on the deck that overlooks Okanagan Lake and Silver Star Moutain. There is also a table and chair set on the deck to enjoy your meal. There is a 4 point tie-up for boat moorage and there is also a diving board on the dock. You can do a little fishing off the dock and enjoy marshmellows over the fire. All bedding and kitchen dishcloths, bath towels, etc. are included. There is dishwasher soap for the dishwasher and dish soap for washing dishes by hand supplied as well. The property is wheelchair accessible as there is an elevator from the parking area to the suite, but not all the way down to the beach. The suite is all one level. Cleaning after your vacation is included in the weekly rate.
