At time of booking a 50% deposit is required and a $250 fully refundable deposit is required at check-in time. Balance to be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy is 30 day/nights for a full refund, any time thereafter the full amount is due uless the suite can be rented to another party.
