Canada Select rates this B&B 4 STAR! You will see why immediately as you enter the open foyer which features a large sitting room where guests can sit and enjoy the panoramic view 450 feet above Penticton.

Guests are invited to enjoy the clean Okanagan air outside on the deck which overlooks Okanagan and Skaha Lakes, the city of Penticton and down Okanagan Valley. With the property adjoining an undeveloped hillside, the setting is peaceful and welcoming! Inside the home, this same view is visible from the sitting area designated to the 2 bedroom unit, the dining areas, the quiet sitting room adjoining the grand entrance, and one of the 1 bedroom units.

All three of the B&B units feature king sized beds, large screen TV's, fireplaces and much more. The maximum number of guests per night is 8 (children are included in the head count). You can book the whole B&B or select just one unit that suits your needs.

There are two 1 bedroom units, each which sleeps 2 guests and rents for $185 per night (plus 5% GST). Each of the 1 bedroom units has a private en-suite boasting full sized soaker, jetted tubs and separate showers. One of the rooms even has a steam generator in the shower! The 1 bedroom units are located in the south wing of the house and are both very private to ensure a most relaxing get-a-way.

The 2 bedroom unit provides plenty of space for families or two couples traveling together and will sleep up to 4 guests. The nightly rate (based on 2 guests) in the suite is $200 (plus 5% GST). Additional guests each pay $25 per night, but guests traveling with children may qualify for a discount.

With the B&B setting - breakfast is always eagerly anticipated. Hot breakfast is offered to all guests at a pre-arranged time. Guests who prefer an unscheduled itinerary may request a continental breakfast option. Guests who prefer to linger in bed later, can request a private brunch later in the morning. Special dietary requests are also acknowledged and catered to. No matter what option you choose, you will not go away hungry!

There are several package options available, some of which include a Romance Package, Golf Package, Ski Package, Ladies Spa Package, Air-Tour Package, Wine tours and more! Just contact the host for suggestions to make your stay extra special!

The B&B is open all year. A word of advice: Summer is a busy time in the Okanagan, so be sure to pre-book your summer vacation early. Late fall through early spring allows travelers opportunity to book last minute stays to enjoy some of Penticton's winter festivals, skiing or just a quiet time away from home. Check the on-line calendar for availability. The calendar is always up to date and provides the means to book your stay and/or packages right on line.

Your B&B hosts are Rick and Barb Aoki. They live in a suite in the lower floor of the B&B with their two Shih Tzu Puppies. Also on-site is an in-house masseuse who offers a 20% discount to guests who pre-book their massage appointment. There are close to 100 wineries ranging from 10 to 60 minute drive of the B&B. Why not use Penticton as your central base, spend a day trip north one day, next day head south. Or just pop over the lake for an afternoon of wine tasting!

The B&B is located no more than 5 to 10 minutes drive to all of the local festival venues. The Penticton Trade and Convention Center, and the new South Okanagan Events Center are both only a 5 minute drive away.

For a quiet afternoon, sit out and enjoy the summer sun on the deck overlooking Penticton's city center and lakes below. There are plenty of chairs, lounges and guest patio tables for this purpose. Guests with children are welcome to take a short walk down the street to the private community playground, equipped with children outdoor equipment and basketball court.

Full payment required at time of booking your reservation if it is less than 30 days until your arrival. If you are booking farther ahead, a 50% deposit (minimum of 1 night deposit) is required at time of booking, with balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made with Master Card, Visa or American Express. If you need to cancel please do so as soon as possible, as others may be looking for your room. We will refund your deposit, less a $50 cancellation fee if you let us know 30 or more days before your arrival date. With less than 30 days notice, but more than 10 days notice, we will refund 50% of your deposit. Sorry, but with less than 10 days notice of cancellation, we are unlikely to book your room - so there is no refund for such short notice cancellations. We strongly suggest you consider trip cancellation insurance to cover your losses in the event of unforeseen changes to your plans.
