burners,toaster,coffeemaker,kettle,microwave, & kitchen supplies. Gas BBQ $ bistro table outside by
fountain & small pond.

Valley Suite ( First 2 photos ) offers: king duvet air conditioned bedroom ;
deluxe double jacuzzi bath; an elegant living room with double sofabed,electric fireplace,cable tv
and dvd player, wireless high speed internet; a kitchenette with full size
fridge/freezer, small convection oven, 2 burners, toaster, coffeemaker,
kettle, microwave, and kitchen supplies.


Railway Trail Suite ( Photos 5 and 6) offers: King size duvet bed, air conditioning, New jacuzzi bath with shower , granite countertop and tall vanity, combined dining under chandelier, double sofabed,cable tv, dvd player, wireless internet; kitchenette with microwave, bar fridge/freezer,coffee maker,toaster,kettle,dishes,etc.Gorgeous south facing deck surrounded by glorious cherry tree. Private BBQ area and bistro table.

Three charming & relaxing spacious private suites.The
suites combined accomodate 9 guests. Each suite has living room with sofabed, & electric
fireplace, well equipped kitchenette with microwave,fridge/freezer,kettle,toaster,coffee maker,dishes,etc., new private bath, duvet bedroom, wifi,cable tv,a/c and private
entrance.

You may relax in the beautiful landscaped garden with small pond,fountain,trees, deck, BBQ, & eating
area.

Okanagan beach and the restaurants in Penticton are
an 800m walk (10 min).

The scenic KVR trail is across the road leading through vineyards, wineries,tressle
bridges,tunnels,all the while offering magnificent lakeviews! Ideal for bicycling,running & walking.
There's more than 20 wineries between Breeze Inn and Naramata( a scenic 20 minute drive)!

Calander indicates when all 3 suites are booked. Book early if you prefer a certain suite. Pets are allowed in the Kettle Suite only. $10/nt/pet. Pets are not allowed in the back yard or left unattended in the front yard. If your dog barks when you are out, you must take your dog with you when leaving the suite. Owners are responsable for cleaning up immediately after their pet and for any pet damage.
