Welcome to our home your home away from home in our Desert Paradise ®. We are walking distance to our quaint downtown and the lake, located in a quiet residential area. We are minutes away from two golf courses, orchards, biking, and award-winning wineries. Enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony, in your Suite or on the grapevine covered patio. Garden Lovers --Take a stroll through the flower garden and inhale the scent of roses, lilies and many other perennials. Read a book on the seat arbor or bench in the “Zen” corner of the garden. Watch the Quails as they feed their way around the garden. Breakfast is served on our grapevine covered patio (weather permitting), or in the upper level Rose Dining Room.
We offer immaculate accommodations in impeccably clean and elegant surroundings, superior service, served up with “western hospitality” ®. Book the upper romantic Rose Room with ensuite and balcony access with guest sitting area and views of Anarchist Mtn and Lake Osoyoos. The Rose Cottage Suite on the ground level is 1100 sq’ (can sleep up to 5), with private bedroom and King bed, 4-pce bathroom, eating area, kitchen and family room with pull-out double-size sofa bed. There is a Twin bed also that can be set up in part of the dining area.

Guests have access to the upper balcony that overlooks Lake Osoyoos and Anarchist Mtn. As well, they can enjoy the rear stone, grapevine/wisteria covered patio or sunbathe or read on one of the sun loungers. There is ample sitting areas as well as a sitting area at the front of the home. Enjoy the beautiful raised perennial gardens where you can stroll along the stone path or sit on the seat arbor or "zen" area bench. We are located in a quiet upscale area within walking distance to our quaint downtown where you will find boutiques restaurants and our marvellous Home Hardware store - if you want it - they have it, or can get it for you!

The ground level 1100 sq' Ste. is equipped with toaster, griddle, kettle, microwave, pots/pans, cutlery, glassware, dishes, sandwich grill, wok, slo-cooker, and convection oven. This is an ideal suite to book for a week or month in summer or winter. We welcome seniors yearly in winter Oct 15-May 15

One-third of the entire amount of stay is usually required as a deposit that can be paid by personal cheque or PayPal for $10 extra. PayPal is convenient for foreign guests. Remaining balance to be paid in cash upon check-in. We take a credit card # but do not put a charge through.
14 days cancellation: Deposit refunded less $50 admin. fee. Less than 14 days you forfeit the deposit. Any changes to length of stay is treated same as cancellations. These amounts will be put through on your credit card.
