Our Riverside Court condo building is just footsteps away from the Okanagan river, Skaha Lake, Lions Park, Kenyon Park and the Christie Memorial Park 150 meters of sandy beach. Walk or bike along the restored Okanagan Falls Trestle Bridge Trans Canada Trail.

Okanagan Falls is in the sunny southern Okanagan, located between Oliver and Penticton, on Highway 97. The area offers numerous activities for all ages and is very popular in the summer with swimmers, sunbathers, windsurfers, boaters, triathletes, golfers and water-skiers. Discover the sandy beaches, parks and picnic areas. In winter ski at the Apex Mountain Resort or Mount Baldy, just 40 minutes away.

Inkameep Canyon Desert Golf Course, and Fairview Mountain Golf Courses are twenty-five minutes away. The Penticton Airport is only a 12 minute drive from the complex.

Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required.

Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit, Cash, Email Money Transfer

Security/damage deposit will be refunded when you return the unit in the pre-rental condition. Any costs due to damage, broken or missing items, rules disobeyed or any other costs will be first deducted from your security deposit.

If you cancel more that 30 days prior to arrival you will be refunded all money paid to us.

If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

If we are able to re-rent the unit, you will receive a rebate (of the funds paid to us) equal to the amount we recover less a $100 handling fee.
There will be no rebate if the unit is not re-rented.

Condominium is smoke and pet free.
