The Classic Suite - Sleeps 6

Our Second condo "The Classic Suite" is also poolside and right beside the other, making it an ideal location for 2 families traveling together or large groups of friends. This classic suite sleeps 6, with a Queen Bed in the master suite, glassed shower ensuite, 2 Twin Beds in the 2nd Bedroom (can be made to a small King Bed on request) a pull out sofa in the living room. There is also a second bathroom with tub/shower.

We have a boat slip/ moorage that can be reserved with your accommodations and is based on availability. Sept 8 to Sept 28:
$225/n (min 3 nights) or $1300/week.
Oct 1 thru April 30 2012:
Sept/Oct 1 Negotiable from $1550m with term lease of min 5 months..
Cleaning charges of $75 per unit will be added to rental bookings of 7 days or less.
(Stays of 8 days or more / no cleaning charge)
Sorry pets are not accepted.

* At this time HST is not applicable on bookings with payments made before March 15, 2011, however, however Hst will be applicable on all bookings and payments recieved after March 15 , 2011.
