    • The beach, boat launch, and marina are located directly across the street from Playa del Sol Resort. Shops, restaurants, and spas are either on site or a 5-10 min walk. Golf and wineries are 5-10 min drive away. Downtown Kelowna is a 5-10 min drive down Lakeshore. There are loads of outdoor walking, biking, and hiking trails in the area.

    1. DEPOSIT: To confirm a reservation, a rental deposit equaling at least 50% of the total cost is required. Deposits are accepted on a first come first served basis. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. 2. PAYMENT METHODS: The rent may be paid via paypal (credit card), direct email transfer, or by a mailed cheque. 3. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation of the agreement may be made by either party with 30 day’s notice. Rental deposit will be refunded for days we can rebook if cancellation notice is received at least 30 days prior to arrival. 4. SECURITY DEPOSIT: You must pay an additional $ 500.00 in advance as a security deposit prior to occupying the unit. This deposit must be received 15 days prior to your arrival. This deposit may be paid via paypal (credit card), direct email transfer, or mailed cheque. We will return your deposit no later than 10 days after the termination of the rental agreement.

    We have owned and rented our condo for the past 3 years, as well as enjoy family time there ourselves during the summer. We have 2 young boys, so we find Playa del Sol to be the perfect getaway! It is so convenient with the pool one floor up, the beach across the street, as well as tons of walks and things to explore nearby. We love being able to walk to shops, restaurants, and multiple beaches. We ensure our condo is immaculate for each guest, so that your stay is enjoyable.
