Central location in the heart of Kelowna's Mission area in the beautiful Okanagan! Dining & shopping nearby! Come & go with keyless entry from our quiet creekside ground-level suite with fenced grassy area and walkway to the beach of Okanagan Lake!!! Private Phone (Requires a calling card for long distance calls). • Free High Speed Internet. • Wireless Network • 3 LCD TV's. Cable TV • 1 DVD Player • 2 Alarm Clocks • 1 Stereo (CD, Radio, iPod Station) • Books (adult & children) • DVD library • Board Games & cards
One parking stall is provided in the secure underground parking garage. Garage door opener supplied. Street side parking also available on Cook Rd. or Lakeshore Rd.
Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need in a kitchen except food. Gas BBQ on the patio which has a patio set. The suite is fully stocked with cleaning agents, linens, and towels, etc. As the unit is on the ground level, the patio door leads to a grassy area to lay in the sun or let the kids play. The view from the patio is of the creek.

The bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Our unit has a peaceful creekside view.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. The Cabana Bar and Grill is on the street level of Playa Del Sol or you can cross the street for lakeside dining. You can walk 5 minutes to shopping areas and more dining places. There is also a coffee shop and a newly opened Spa on the street level of the resort.
• Beach is located less than 1 minute away. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Rotary Beach is located directly across the street and has a playground for the kids. Gyro Beach is a 5 minute walk down the street. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
• Nearby Attractions: Okanagan Lake directly across the street. Numerous wineries and golf courses are nearby. Shopping, ski resorts, beaches, biking and walking trails nearby. Restaurants and bars nearby.
Facilities
This beautiful complex has a fitness room with weights, treadmills, stair climbers and a steam room. There is also a games room with big screen TV and pool table. Outside on the pool deck is an amazing courtyard with a BBQ and picnic area. There are little cabana's for you to eat your supper in the shade. There is a large pool and hot tub that overlooks the lake with a beautiful view.
Activities
The boat launch is directly across the street. There is also a water sport rental shop across the street. There is a beautiful boardwalk along the beach. The beach across the street has a large childrens play ground, volleyball courts and a beautiful sandy beach! There is also a large outdoor waterpark for the kids at the main beach of Okanagan Lake which is about 7 minutes away!

A rental deposit of half the total rent is required as soon as possible to hold the reservation upon completion of the rental agreement which will be emailed to you upon confirmation of rental. The remaining balance of the rent is required 30 days prior to your arrival. The rental deposit will be refunded for days we can re-book if cancellation notice is received at least 30 days prior to arrival. An additional $500.00 CAD is required in advance as a security deposit prior to occupying the unit. This deposit must be received 15 days prior to your arrival. Rent and security deposit may be paid via PayPal (credit card/bank account), INTERAC e-transfer (email money transfer) or HyperWallet, or a mailed cheque. We will return your deposit, minus deductions, not later than 10 days after the termination of the rental agreement.

Date of Stay June 23, 2011 - We had a wonderful time in the condo. It was exactly as described, close to great beaches and coffee shops. We enjoyed the restaurant attached to the property as well. It was very quiet, no street noise, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We will be back for sure!

Date of Stay June 12, 2011 - We rented this condo as we had our wedding in Kelowna. The owner is great and very accommodating, she made the whole process easy and provided me with gentle reminders when I forgot to do something, which made life easier for me especially because I was planning a wedding. The condo unit itself was great, had everything you needed including dishes, towels, linens, movies etc. The unit is on the first floor, which is good because there is a little patio area that is good for BBQ. Safety was not an issue, even though the unit was on the first floor. I would definitely recommend this unit and renting from the owners.

Date of Stay May 13, 2011 - The condo was very clean, well laid out, fully equiped and generally a great place to stay. We didn't get to take advantage o the pool and common area, but it had lots of peotential for those summer days. The bed was comfortable, kitchen fully equiped and the living area was very comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay. Not far from the city area or the local malls. Beach was across the street. Parking is secure, ground floor was convienent.

We were barely in the condo and I only opened the second bedroom door to look and then shut it as it was only my husband and myself and our three month old. Great place!!!! Wish we had time to spend in the condo besides sleeping as it is so comfortable and the kitchen is so great with every type of cooking/eating/drinking item you can think of. We hope to stay again in the future at Playa Del Sol and for sure will let our friends know all about it. Thanks so much for the great rate and for the use of your pack n’play."
