During your visit to A Lakeview Heights Bed & Breakfast, your comfort is of utmost importance, and our air-conditioned guest rooms have been carefully furnished and decorated to ensure a relaxing atmosphere, comfortable night's rest and a memorable experience.

LAKEVIEW ROOM: The sparkling lake and mountain vista from this spacious and very comfortable room is truly amazing. Furnished in contemporary cherrywood, the Lakeview Room offers an inviting King-size bed, and a large en-suite bathroom with soaker tub/shower combination. For your added comfort and convenience this room includes: view balcony, cable TV/DVD/VCR (with selection of 'in-house' favourites), wireless internet service, in-room coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave, luxury robes, quality linens and a cozy down duvet, ironing facilities and complimentary toiletries, plus our signature cuddly teddy bear.
GARDEN ROOM: Overlooking our banked garden, and with a peek-a-boo lake view, comfort is assured in this lovely room furnished in contemporary Danish 'patchwork' rosewood, with a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with oversized shower. With all the extras … cable TV/VCR, in-room coffee service, luxury robes, a cozy down duvet and quality linens, ironing facilities, complimentary toiletries and a friendly teddy bear … your visit is sure to be relaxing and memorable.
Although panoramic scenery can be viewed from most rooms, our guests also delight in relaxing on the spacious 180-degree view deck, or by the fireplace in the comfortable guest lounge which is furnished in a harmonious blend of fine antiques and quality contemporary furniture, and offers a warm and friendly atmosphere of casual sophistication.
A well-presented and extensive gourmet breakfast ~ featuring a variety of seasonal fruits, 'all-time' breakfast favourites, creative new dishes and home baking ~ is served in the dining room or on the deck. We also invite you to enjoy a welcoming beverage on your arrival.

This location also conveniently places the property halfway between downtown Kelowna and downtown West Kelowna/Westbank and is readily accessible to everything in the fabulous Okanagan Valley. - Nearest Airport : Kelowna International (YLW) at 20 kilometers distance;
- Nearest Town : Kelowna/West Kelowna/Westbank at 11 kilometers distance
- Travel Info: Although many people fly into Kelowna Airport (YLG) for a destination holiday to enjoy the fabulouse wineries, lake or golf courses, others use Kelowna as an 'overnight stop' while en route between Vancouver and Banff in the Rockies. So many of the latter regret not staying longer than their planned 1 night in this very popular and scenic tourist destination. NB> During the summer months we do not accept 1 night reservations unless between other bookings or last minute.

Allow us introduce ourselves: One evening in March 1970, Mike, a Canadian, met Anne, an Australian in Barcelona, Spain. After marrying in England we lived in Europe & North America working in international sports providing hospitality and catering. Travelling extensively, we needed a base for our 2 children and chose Vancouver BC. Canada where we developed a passion for skiing & the outdoor life. We discovered 'the ultimate' summer & winter destination at Whistler and purchased 2 vacation homes there. This has been great for keeping our family active & together. Six years ago, we retired to Kelowna, BC on Lake Okanagan. We still love meeting great folks from around the world and do just that at our very busy B&B. Our children & spouses live close-by and we now have 2 lovely granddaughters.
