Okanagan Lake 2 bedroom, executive lakefront vacation rental with private sandy beach. You can enjoy breakfast in the kitchen at the round kitchen table nestled in a viewing bay window or on the outside deck viewing Okanagan Lake and Silver Star Mountain(local skiing area). Large Dock has 4 point tie-up boat moorage, diving board, picnic table & benches. There is a sandy private beach which has a firepit with supplied firewood and benches plus a picnic table, beach games and a lot of fun. In the living room there is lots of seating, TV, stereo, board games, and books. In the kitchen there is a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and all the dishes, dish clothes, towels and soap you will need. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have closets, dressers, chairs and lamps. Clean pillows, sheets and blankets are supplied along with extras in the closets. There is one bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and all the bath towels and soap needed. There is a laundry room with a stacking washer and dryer and laundry soap as well. This location is far enough from Vernon & Kelowna to not be crowded with boats but close enough for shopping. Local historic attractions, hiking trails, horseback riding, ATV tours, golf courses. Fully self-contained and clean, just bring your steaks for the BBQ and marshmallows for the campfire. $1800 per week with a 50% damage/reservation deposit required. The beach has a firepit (includes firewood), picnic table, and benches. There is a BBQ (includes propane) on the deck that overlooks Okanagan Lake and Silver Star Mountain. There is also a table and chair set on the deck to enjoy your meal. There is a 4 point tie-up for boat moorage and there is also a diving board on the dock. You can do a little fishing off the dock and enjoy marshmallows over the fire. All bedding and kitchen dishcloths, bath towels, etc. are included. There is dishwasher soap for the dishwasher and dish soap for washing dishes by hand supplied as well. .

You supply your own boat, or other water toys. There are horseback rentals approx. 5 km up the road. Spallumcheen Golf course is the nearest golf course, approx. 20 minutes. There are two restaurants within approx. 10 km's. There is also the O'keefe historic ranch, museum, and restaurant you can visit across from the Spallumcheen Golf course. Also Sunvalley Speedway is approx. 20 minutes and also near the Okeefe Ranch and Spallumcheen Golf.
