Parker Cove, between Vernon and Kelowna on Westside Road, is a lovely park-like community on Okanagan Lake. It boasts gorgeous views down the lake and has a swimming area, several wharves including a floating dock with a slide. The beach stretches for at least ½ mile – great for taking a walk and skipping stones. The house is 2,300 square feet split on 3 levels, 4 bedrooms with 2 upstairs and 2 on the lower level, with the kitchen, living and dining rooms on the main level. From the master suite, you have a balcony with lake views, and in the master bath you have a sunken tub set in a bay window. This house has just been finished with granite countertops and beautiful slate floors – luxurious! Weekly rate is $2,750 summer months, nightly rate $392.85. Outdoor furniture including table, chairs, umbrella, a propane barbecue is available for the tenants' use. Also available is a 2-person kayak (+ 2 paddles) and a bicycle. Okanagan Lake is only 100 feet from your door, and Parker Cove has a floating dock with slide and diving board, there's also a childrens' playground and park area.

				Low Season Price:	$1,000 per Week
				High Season Price:	$2,750 per Week

Low season: Oct 1/09-April 30/10 - $1000 Cdn/week. Mid-season: Sept 8-30/09 and May 1-June 15/10 - $1900 Cdn/week High season: June 16/09-Sept. 7/09 - $2750 Cdn/week. 7-night minimum stay. Damage deposit $1000 required, returnable within 14 days after departure pending successful inspection. Rental Agreement required. 25% deposit payable upon booking, 75% payable at least 30 days prior to arrival, by way of money order or bank draft. Cancellation policies: - if cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, then 10% of the total rent will be deducted from the deposit and the remainder returned to the tenant; - if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, then 25% of the total rent will be deducted from the deposit and the remainder returned to the tenant; - if cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival, then 50% of the total rent will be deducted from the deposit and the remainder will be returned to the tenant.
