This comfortable, clean family home is available for vacation rental from March through November, and for the Christmas '09/New Year's '10 vacation (two weeks approx. Dec 18/09-Jan 3/10). Located in West Kelowna, it is within a 5-minute drive to everything you will want for your dream vacation in the Okanagan. Close by are Mission Hills Winery, Quail’s Gate Winery, Gellatly Bay Wharf and Okanagan Lake beaches, Westside Go Karts, Nineteen Green Putt and Play, and Two Eagles Golf Course and Academy. It is in a quiet location in a friendly residential neighbourhood yet close to shopping as well. In the master bedroom you will enjoy a king-size bed, and the ensuite has a wonderful soaker bubble bathtub. There are 4 other bedrooms: one with 2 twin beds, another with a double bed, the third with 1 twin bed, and the last with a double bed. You can sleep 9 people in this large house, which makes it perfect for family getaways, groups of friends, or even for a wedding celebration. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, cutlery and everything else you will need for a sit-down dinner for 8-10 people. There’s also a nice balcony with a table and umbrella that seats 6, as well as a barbecue. For entertainment, there’s a downstairs Rec room with a TV and WII system available (upon request), stereo, CD player, games table and nice seating. Full laundry facilities are provided in the house, and all bedding, towels and linens are provided. Rates are reasonable at $2,500/week with $2,000/week each additional week. There's a lovely outdoor deck with barbecue and patio table with 6 chairs and umbrella. No smoking is allowed in the house, but outside is fine. Dogs only are allowed.

Westbank's municipal swimming pool is 5km from the house, and Shannon Lake Golf Course and Two Eagles Golf Course & Academy are 5km from the house. Take in some wine tasting at nearby Mission Hill Winery and Quail's Gate Winery, or go to Westside Go Karts or to Nineteen Greens Putt & Play for some fun. Gellatly Bay Wharf on Okanagan Lake is a short 5-minute drive. For winter fun, Crystal Mountain ski hill is 20 km from the house.

				Low Season Price:	$350 per Day
				High Season Price:	$400 per Day

Low season: $350 Cdn/night or $2000/week or $6000/month - Sept. 1/09-May 31/10 High season: $400 Cdn/night or $2500/week or $7200/month - June 1/09-Aug. 31/09. If booking a month's stay, the weekly rent will be reduced to $1800/week. If booking two weeks, the first week is $2500 and the second week is reduced to $2000. Minimum stay is 3 nights. If booking less than one week, a cleaning fee of $110 applies. Damage deposit $500, payable 7 days prior to arrival, returnable pending successful inspection 2 days after departure. 50% deposit required to reserve (non-refundable). Rental Agreement required.
