If you're looking for a great place to spend your vacation in the beautiful Okanagan Valley, you have found it. This detached home in downtown Penticton is perfect for a family of 4, with a king-size bed in the main bedroom with bunk beds in the second bedroom. The yard is filled with flowers, and the backyard has a gazebo, shade trees for those hot summer days, and a small playground behind the property for the kids. The kitchen is fully functional and has everything you will need for cooking. The bathroom boasts a lovely clawfoot tub. The living room has comfortable modern furniture, and there's a wood stove for those cool autumn or winter nights. The house is located close to the race start of the Ironman Triathlon, and close to the beaches of Okanagan and Skaha Lakes, nightlife, wineries, shopping, casino, parks, jogging track and everything else available in downtown Penticton. Rates are very reasonable: $120/night Canadian during regular season with $200/night Canadian during Ironman week, plus a $75 cleaning fee. Pets negotiable.
