    Minimum 4 Night Stay (some exceptions available - please telephone) Rates based upon 1 or 2 people (additional adults - $15.00/night, children $10) Pets - $7.00/night for small animals -- $10/night for larger animals Reservation and Cancellation Policies 50% deposit on booking Balance due 1 month prior to arrival Please see our website for full policy All reservations are subject to the HST (12%) All cancellations are subject to a $35 (+ HST) cancellation fee. However, to avoid forfeiture of your entire deposit, all changes or cancellations must be made at least one month prior to arrival date.
