Located on Pender Island, between Vancouver and Victoria, this oceanfront home offers a main home and an oceanfront sleeping cottage. Guests may rent only the main house ( which accommodates up to four guests) or both the house and cottage (which accommodates six guests in total). Families with older children or grandparents wishing to enjoy their own space will appreciate the seperate cottage. The property is only rented to one party at a time to ensure privacy.

The main floor of the house offers an open plan kitchen, dining and living areas where you can enjoy the spectacular views. A dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

There is one bedroom with twin beds and one bathroom on the main floor. On the ground level, ther is a second bedroom wwhich has a sea view and a queen size bed. You will be lulled to sleep by the waves that lap below your window.

The sleeping cottage is adjacent to the main house and offers a queen size bed and its own bathroom. Tall paned window frame the spectacular ocean views. There is also a deck to sit and watch the marine activity.

Hike our many parks and trails. Explore the shoreline by kayak. Take a boat tour, play a round of golf or sample the wines from our nearby wineries. Visit an artist's studio or take in the Saturday Farmer's Market. Dine out at one of our restaurants or seaside pubs. Take a day to vist the quaint capital city of Victoria and the famous Butchart Gardens or spend a day island hoping to the nearby islands.

Our forest and intertidal ecosystems offer many areas to explore. Bald eagles, hummingbirds, orca whales, deer, arbutus trees, fawn lilies and rattlesnake orchids are among the many wonders to enjoy. Explore the tidal pools for hermit crabs, tubeworms, starfish and anemones. You will find lots to keep you busy.

Our island offers restaurants, coffee shops, galleries as well as a bank, pharmacy, liquour store, post office, grocery store and a gas station.

Pender Island is about 36 sq. km and is actually two islands joined by a quaint one lane bridge. Pender Island offers a mediterranean climate and a peaceful, shower pace of life. Come and enjoy the Gulf Islands.

We are accessible by ferry from Vancouver and Victoria. Both Vancouver and Victoria have international airports.

Coffee maker and coffee grinder provided. There is a barbeque for your use. Books, puzzles and cards are provided as well as binoculars.

Low Season - House - $1050 weekly; House & Cottage - $1250 - House - $195 daily; House & Cottage - $245 High Season - House - $1500 weekly; House & Cottage - $1700 - House - $265 daily; House & Cottage - $315 Weekly bookings during the summer months. Two night minumum stay other times. There are no additional taxes or booking fees. Security deposit required. 30% due at time of booking. Balance due 45 days prior to commencement of rental. Credit cards accepted. If you cancel a confirmed booking, you are liable for full payment. If we are successful rebooking, the amount received will be deducted from the amount you have paid less a $50 processing fee.
