Vacation Rental Description
Welcome to Spirit of the Waters, Pender Island's premiere executive vacation home.
This modern residence features a stunning view of the ocean, the gulf islands and the Olympic Cascade Mountains. It sits on top of a hill surrounded by very old, very well established gardens, including a rare giant 300 year-old arbutus. The house also features an eclectic collection of local, international as well as First Nations art. The luxury furnishings are all made of fine wood and/or natural fibers. All the floors are different types of hardwood. The china cabinet hosts a variety of heirlooms. The interior design reflects the host's eclectic taste.
We are very West Coast romantic, so each room sports a fireplace as well as a view of the Ocean or Garden. We have three bedrooms and three bathrooms available. Quality appliances are at your disposal. Meals can be served down in the lower garden under the old arbutus tree listening to the birds, in the upper garden looking at the ocean, enjoying the sounds of nature, or in the elegant dining room.
We are a two-minute walk from Magic Lake and the ocean. Our southern exposure makes it inviting to just lie around in the lounge chairs in the garden, up on the panoramic large deck or in the spacious interior. Spirit of the Waters is furnished to be comfortable and romantic.
We invite you to come enjoy the Spirit of the Waters.
