Vacation Rental Description

Pear Tree cottage is situated close to East Point park as Fiddlers Cove, with a nice view overlooking the Ocean and Tumbo Island. The cottage has a large open concept living room/dining room/kitchen area that has big windows and two sliding glass doors out to the 40 foot deck. The deck has a gas BBQ as well as lounge chairs and table for enjoying the summer evenings outdoors. There are two large bedrooms (one with queen bed, the other with one doube bed and one single bed) with sliding glass doors out to the garden, large walk in closets and full bathroom. Washer and dryer are on same level. Upstairs is another studio bedroom with two single beds and a side door access to the deck. This bedroom has access to the half bath on the main floor. Entrance way and bathrooms are tiled, the rest of the cottage has laminate hardwood flooring for easy clean up.

Pear Tree Cottage comes complete with books, games, movies to enjoy in the evenings, and has large deck with gas Weber BBQ for outside living in the warmer months. Crab trap and crab pot and utensils are provided so you can experience fresh crab you catch on the island. Saturna has many beautiful beaches, coves, hikes and quiet country lanes to cycle. The island has a gorgeous Vineyard (w Cafe), as well as a general store, restaurant and pub. Pear Tree cottage has a lovely sunny private fenced in garden with fruit trees and is a quiet peaceful part of the island where there are several pretty beaches, including the Lighthouse where the Orca's, sea lions and other ocean life can often be spotted.

Cottage Rental Rates Low Season Price : $500 High Season Price : $1000 per Week

Security deposit required at time of booking $500, by cheque payable to Pear Tree properties. Final payment is required in full 2 months prior to arrival date. Cleaning fee will be deducted from security deposit at end of stay.
