The Unique Benefits at this Townhouse
You can enjoy great views from the sunny deck and potentially see wildlife nearby right from the deck. The Canmore Nordic Center is a short 10 minute drive and Canmore is Centrally located to Access Banff National park and the ski areas within it and Kananaskis country.

Close by is the Summit Cafe, an easy 3 minute walk. Great coffee and Breakfast and Lunch menu. Fergies Convenience store and bakery is right at the same location and the Iron Goat pub and French Quater Cafe are also close by.

We charge a $75 cleaning fee for each rental no matter what length and cleaning and linen service can be organised if requested for an additional cost.

Canmore is a major golfing destination with Silvertip Golf Club very close by with Stewart Creek, Canmore golf club, and the Banff Springs and Kananaskis golf facilities a short drive away.

The rocky Mountains is also a very well known downhill ski destination with major resorts again a short drive away. These include Sunshine Ski Area, Lake Louise Ski Area, Norquay Ski Area and Nakiska Ski Area.

Canmore is also the Base for the National Cross Country Skiing Team which uses the Canmore nordic center for a great deal of their summer and winter training. The Canmore Nordic Center is a world class cross country venu.

Pets are permitted in the townhouse only with prior approval. $50 per pet fee applies. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit of $200 is required. This must be received within 2 (2) days of booking the reservation. There is a $75 cleaning fee for any rental to cover the cost of cleaning the unit after the rental. PAYMENT - An advance payment 50% of the rental rate is required 60 days before arrival. The BALANCE OF RENT is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival date. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A THREE (3) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY; 4 nights during peak and holiday seasons and 7 nights over the Christmas period.
