This home features a high vaulted ceiling through out, main level total 1400 square feet, bright and open design with a sky light over the kitchen island, two bedrooms with two queen-size beds. It also included two full-size private bathrooms each with a tub.

Two bedroom with queen size bed, pull out sofa bed ( Queen size) can sleep 2 comfortably.

Cosmopolitan living room with gas fireplace and a good quality leather sofa and loveseat.

Fully equipped self catering kitchen with walk in pantry, island and 2 bar stools; fridge, Maytag ceramic top stove with double ovens, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.

Plenty of parking space, attached two car garage plus parking on the driveway.

Laundry facility is also provided.
High-speed Internet access (Shaw Cable).
FREE long distance anywhere in Canada and US.
Hair dryer, iron and iron board.

$200/night for less than a week stay. $1250/week(1 week min) Christmas, New Year and Stampede $1600/week (1 week min) Rates are subject to change until confirmed in writing. Rate including, departure cleaning, linens and towels. Payment method: Visa, Master Card, Paypal, Email Transfer. 30% deposit is required to secure the booking. Remaining is required 30 days before arrival. $400 demage deposit required and refundable 10 days after departure.
