The interior features Brazilian cherry hardwood, 2 slate fronted gas fireplaces, French patio doors leading to the both front and back decks, and a large open concept main floor.

Note: This house contains several stairs to access the house, bedrooms, bathrooms with showers, and basement. Unfortunately we are not wheelchair accessible.

Any additional guests over 7 incur a $50 per night per person charge. REFUNDABLE SECURITY FEE/ DAMAGE - A REFUNDABLE SECURITY FEE of $500 is required at the same time as the reservations deposit - within three (3) Business days of booking the reservation. The $500 deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, 1. PAYMENT - An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required within (3) days of booking reservation. The advance payment will be applied toward the house rental. Please make payments in the form of bank money orders, email transfer or direct deposit. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due 30 days prior to your arrival. 2. CANCELLATIONS - A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation.
