Our home is located in Bearberry and is built on a hill side nearly in the centre of our 156 acres of mostly treed land with a beautifull view into the Bearberry Valley as well as to the hills of the West Country. You will stay away from the hussle & bussle of life in the City while watching an abundance of wildlife right in front of your suite. 
Our home is a non-smoking facility and adult oriented. 
To make you as comfortable as possible in our home we will provide: 
 
* Accommodation in our 375 sq.ft. guest suite with private entrance and your own little deck 
* King size bed 
* The suite can accommodate up to 4 people. For this occasion the room will be furnished with an additional Queen size bed - (please let us know in advance) 
* private bathroom with shower/tub, vanity and toilet 
* Kitchenette, coffee and non-alc drinks are included 
* High Speed Internet connection in our office 
* Comfortable deck-chairs for outside use 
* Parking on site 
* Calgary airport-pickup by request (extra cost) 
 
Trip and adventure arrangements can be organized. We offer different day trip tours (extra costs). Please ask for details. 
You only have to bring your favourite food 
If you do not like to prepare your own breakfast we provide a menu card with a wide selection of breakfast choices (extra cost).

The West Country is one of the greatest undiscovered areas in Alberta. Everything from pristine wilderness to all the comforts of home is available to you, our guests, so come and explore the area of Bearberry. 
Bearberry is located 25 km west of Sundre at the base of the foothills in southwest Central Alberta and on the east border at the Banff National Park. Bearberry has a connector road to the Forestry Trunk Road from where you can drive as far as Grand Pairie in the North or to the Kananaskis Country in the South. 
 
Our little corner of Alberta is very beautiful any season of the year and there are uncountable opportunities for recreational activities. The Red Deer River is well known for good cayaking, leave our property with your horse and ride up the Hills in the West Country, bordering the Banff National Park to the east.

Price Table				Season Rate
Rates Based on Price per night double occupancy 150 per night additional person 10 long weekends Friday to Monday 400 full week 7 nights ask for rates				Low Season Price:	$150 per Day
				High Season Price:	$150 per Day

At the moment we only accept cash or certified cheque. Deposit to guarantee the reservation is one night's lodging. Reservations for more than 3 nights require a 50% deposit. Cancellation of the reservation, or any portion thereof, made two weeks or more prior to reservation date will be refunded in full. Special Events and Holiday Weekends require 30 days notice of cancellation for deposit refund. Note: we don't charge "cancellation fees". In no event will a 'no-show' deposit be refunded. Please note that our house is a non-smoking establishment. If you or your guests smoke in the guest room, you will be billed an additional night's stay to air the room and to clean all the interiors Minimum stay = 2 nights
