Palm Cove has a reputation for being a very romantic retreat. Its friendly tranquil atmosphere, soft sandy beach, numerous local excursions and vast array of adventure activities also makes Palm Cove the perfect destination for families with children of any age. Set in a unique tropical beach location, hinged between two natural wonders in the world - The Great Barrier Reef and The Daintree Rainforest must be seen to be believed!!

This beautiful property offers luxurious and comfortable ambience, which compliments the laid back lifestyle of the relaxed beachside, palm-fringed village of Palm Cove.

The apartment is brand new, located in the Grand Mercure Rockford Esplanade resort at exclusive Palm Cove, overlooking the Coral Sea. Privately owned, this two-bedroom apartment is spacious and beautifully appointed just minutes walk from Palm Coves beach and its many fabulous restaurants and boutiques.

The apartment includes; an open plan, living / dining area, adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen complete with European cooking appliances. When privacy is not required, open the four folding doors to reveal the main bedroom with king bed, exquisite linen, FSTV and adjoining en-suite.

The apartment boasts one of, if not 'the', largest ground floor private balcony at Drift, shaded by the most fabulous Melaleuca trees. The balcony extends across the whole front aspect of the apartment and can be accessed from both the kitchen/dining area and main bedroom. Duel aspect views favoured by many, include the lagoon style swimming pool and fresh water brook that can be both seen and heard gently meandering its way around the many twists and turns before heading over the waterfall in to the rock pool. For your comfort, sun lounger, coffee table and bench style chairs have been provided for you to relax and watch the world go by!

Although the apartment is privately owned, all of our guests have full access to all resort facilities, including Lagoon pool, gymnasium, spa pool, 5 star restaurant and business centre.

To ensure your stay is as enjoyable and care-free as possible, pre arrival and post departure housekeeping is inclusive and professionally managed on-site by Rockford Grand Mercure - Drift. Although concierge is not included, hotel reception staff are on hand to welcome you and offer their assistance should it be required. Additional mid stay room cleaning is also available by arrangement direct with the hotel reception (service not included). A complementary shuttle bus is available to transport you to shared facilities.

Workout in the gymnasium; relax at the jacuzzi. Immerse yourself in the spa, or simply relax on a sun lounger on the apartment balcony overlooking the magnificent lagoon style pool, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and magnificent Melaleuca trees. Enjoy!!!

Recommended local excursions are the Night/Tropical Zoo (5mins), Baron River Rafting (10mins), Rainforest Skyrail (15mins), Hartleys Crocodile Adventures (15mins), Daintree Rainforest (45mins) Cape Tribulation (1hr). A jetty on the beach takes you out to the reef with Quicksilver tours, excursions run daily. Full range of watersports are also available on the beach

The apartment is subject to a strict non smoking and no pets policy.

Provisional bookings will be given on initial enquiry, however your booking form and a deposit of 20% GBP/AUD must be returned or deposited by bank transfer within 5 days of reciept to secure the booking - considerations apply. Booking forms can be issued or returned either by post, email or fax as applicable.

Full payment must be received no later than eight weeks before your departure date.
