This sunny, Arte Deco 2 bedroom apartment is as close as you can get to the beach. Drag yourself out of the Master Bedroom's romantic white wooden queen size bed and make your way down to one of the beach side cafes. That is when the hard work begins. Decisions need to be made. should you take a quick swim and then have breakfast on the beach or should you take a walk up to Icebergs at the north end of the beach and have a huge breakfast before walking along the coastal pathway to Clovelly or Coogee, arriving in time for lunch? Decisions, decisions... Perhaps you will walk fifteen minutes in the other direction and head off for a game of golf. Or maybe take a twenty minute walk to Rosebay and take a ferry into the city and have breakfast next to the Opera House then take a walk through the Botanical Gardens before heading back home. Perhaps you should catch the bus at the doorstep into the city and catch some of the best of Sydney's theatre, ballet,music and nightclubs. So many things to do. Maybe you should just snuggle up and enjoy the view. You home away from home has a modern kitchen and bathroom. It has been freshly painted walls and newly polished timber floors throughout. There is a queen size bed in each of the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to eat at home. Friendly local cafes with great coffee can be found within two minutes walk in both directions. As it has windows on the both sides of each room it traps the cool breezes that come off the beach, making it is really cool in summer. In winter it can get cool so there are oil fill heaters in every room to keep you warm. Suitable for long term executive stays, family holidays and romantic getaways. Although rent is quoted per week, we will quote for as little as the two night minimum stay. In addition to the rent there is a $120 departure cleaning fee. There is also a $300 security deposit payable, which is fully refunded assuming no damage is done to the apartment. If you want to book the apartment, you can pay the full amount or pay a $350 deposit with the remainder payable 42 days before the date of your arrival. Or pay the full amount in one payment.If you don't pay the full amount by then, you lose your deposit and the reservation. You can pay by direct transfer or by PayPal(which incurs a 3.5% fee but you can pay by credit card.
