Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful House perched on steel poles on the Illawarra Escarpment in the Southern Highlands is situated in the rain forest surrounded by 156 acres of forest and paddocks,with parking right by the front door at ground level. An absence of stairs & the convenient walk-in showers make two of Yarrawa Hill's three suites handicapped-accessible.
There are three decks, with remarkable bush & ocean views, a large paved patio & full gas & wood-burning barbecue facilities and a double car-port.

The West Pavilion consists of a Great Room (40 feet across). Double-glazed, glass walls on 3 sides maximize the sea & bush views, while sliding doors open on to the decks. With its open fireplace, 3 large leather couches, dining table, TV & sound system, it's a wonderful place for both Winter & Summer relaxation.
The open-plan, state-of-the-art kitchen has stainless-steel work surfaces & breakfast bar. There is central heating, a wood-burning stove and open fire for warmth. Electric oven & gas hobs, microwave, fridge-freezer & a walk-in pantry. All kitchen equipment & crockery is provided.

The East Wing contains 2 separate living areas, each with a double bedroom, en-suite The very large deck has teak loungers & two hammocks, ideal for sea views & lyre bird watching. The two wings are linked by a shelf-lined corridor, with an inside wood store. bathroom & study. There is also a Conservatory sitting-room, with wet bar & microwave.

Our Lower Floor suite was constructed in 2004 offering the third self-contained suite. Its open-plan layout contains sitting and dining areas with under-floor heating and an open fire, wet bar, a very large double bed and an en-suite bathroom with under floor heating.

Mon-Thurs & Fri-Sun are minimum TWO night stay

The Weekly rate starts Monday - Sunday

50% deposit secures the booking, if you cancel and we are unable to re-let the deposit is lost, if we are able to re-let we will refund in full. Balance for booking required 30 days prior to arrival
Linen, towels, utilities and final clean are included in the price. Our local representative Michael will welcome you to the house and be available to assist you during your stay
