This is a luxury, three bedroomed, fully-furnished two-storey townhouse with a private pool and gardens and views over a lake.
This bright and spacious air-conditioned townhouse offers many options: Relax by the pool or dine out in the garden; sit back with a DVD and enjoy the TV (with wide selection of satellite channels) or use the desk and free broadband Internet connection to hook up with the office or your friends.
The villa boasts a private kidney-shaped swimming pool with ample outside seating. Access is from the open plan lounge/dining area and separate fully-equipped kitchen. The lounge has a TV and DVD and free broadband Internet access. A study/spare bedroom, with sofa bed, and a large utility room are also located on the ground floor, complete with washing machine and ironing facilities. There is also a separate guest toilet. The separate modern kitchen is fully equipped.
Upstairs, the double master bedroom has en-suite bathroom. There is a second double bedroom and the third bedroom has twin single beds, and there is a family bathroom. There is also a family TV room at the top of the staircase.
Maid service is provided twice weekly, along with linen and towels.
The townhouse has a garden area with a private pool. There is ample seating with sunloungers to relax and enjoy the sunshine and dining table and 6 chairs for al fresco dining.
As well as the private pool , there is a community pool, with children’s play equipment, basketball hoop, and grassed area with sunbeds just a minute’s stroll away.

The property is approximately 20-30 minutes from Dubai International Airport and within 10 minutes drive of pristine Jumeirah beach and the many attractions of Dubai Marina and adjacent five-star resorts.
It has good access to the Sheikh Zayed Road and Emirates Road highways from where it is a convenient drive to the many Dubai attractions like Madinat Souq, Burj Al Arab, Wild Wadi water park (great for children) Dubai Creek and the Gold Souq.
You can also enjoying indoor skiing and snow boarding on real snow!
