ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES
Check in time is 3.00 pm.
Check out prior to midday.
PAYMENT:
non-refundable 50% deposit is due within 5 calendar days of booking the villa, full payment is due 90 days prior to Lessee’s arrival date. For bookings during the rest of the year, full payment is due 60 days prior to Lessee’s arrival date.
A 15 % security deposit (but not less than $2500) is payable at the time payment is provided.
Minimum stay:
There is a 14-day minimum stay requirement during the Peak Season (Dec 15 -Jan 15).
There is a 3-day minimum stay requirement throughout the rest of the year.

This villa was gorgeous and the staff we extremely night and accommodating. The villa manager was especially helpful and was eager to help whenever I had a question. The grounds were kept beautifully, and the pool was incredible. I spent most of my time outside either in the pool or lounging in sofas. The food was also prepared very well, we ate Thai dishes that tasted wonderful, and the portions were very generous. Overall I had an amazing time, and I loved every minute of it.

"After many months of looking for an idyllic villa for our family holiday, thank god we have found this beautiful villa in paradise! Its layout allowed us the freedom and space that we need as a family. The great entertaining spaces brought us together throughout the day. The food is amazing, the staff very efficient, my favorite breakfast spot is the gorgeous sala! and the beach is only 5 minutes away to experience those breathtaking sunsets of Phuket! "We have just had the most awesome time in this most beautifully appointed villa – most amazingly of all, with plenty of sculptures in the garden and the house, and with a collection of stimulating authentic artwork, which is fabulous! The display of western and asian art makes this villa very special. How great to be in Phuket, live in a generously spacious and tranquil villa, and benefit from balm for the soul and eyes! All this in addition to a beautiful garden, great layout to enjoy privacy and social gatherings, great chefs and attentive staff! Heaven!"

"We are delighted with our stay at Villa Samakee and this is the 3rd time we stay here! The Villa is absolutely beautiful. We entertained 15 people for dinner one night and everything was perfect, the staff, food and ambience. The rooms are spacious, and very well appointed. We very much like the gated compound concept with the strong security that it provides. The garden area is beautiful, with lots of room for the children to run around. Very large pool, and pure bliss to lie on one of the couches in the sala and just read, relax or have a massage. The Villa is very well located, being close to the water and all major facilities. We are looking forward to many further visits to this magical place."
