ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES Unless agreed otherwise, check-in time is 3:00pm and checkout time is 12:00 noon early arrival and late departure will depend upon availability of the villa at the time of arrival or departure. REGISTERED GUESTS Only the number of persons in the Rental Agreement may reside at the property as guests. PETS No pets are allowed on the entire property. PAYMENT A 50% non-refundable deposit is due within 5 calendar days of booking the villa. The remaining 50 % must be paid latest within 30 days prior to arrival and 60 days during peak season. SECURITY DEPOSIT A 10% security deposit (but not less than US$ 500) is payable before check in alternative in cash during check in. CANCELLATION within 30 days prior to the beginning of the rental period, the entire rental amount will be forfeited. Cancellation within 31 days or more before the beginning of the rental period, the Lessor will forfeit 50% of the rental amount.

An incredible experience!
Initially from the pictures, i thought this villa was too good to be true. In actuality, the pictures didn't do it justice...it was far better than what i thought it would be.
When we arrived in Phuket, our manager was waiting for us at the airport, we had short trip to the villa, a quick tour was conducted, the fridge was fully stocked and we had a meal ready for us to eat! Incredible service.
All I have to say is that it was one of the most incredible experiences I and my friends have ever had. The villa was simply unbelievable, Dong was just the best help, the staff were incredible and the food was great...some of the best thai food we have had. We had an incredible time just doing nothing more than hanging out at the villa all day, enjoying the view and the company and relaxing. All of us had a blast and I am just concerned how we will be able to top this experience in the future. :) Please pass on my appreciation to the owner for his flexibility in allowing us to check out later.

Dear Johan,
First of all i would like to thank you for giving me such a great opportunity to stay at villa zamani. It was the most wonderful place that i have ever stayed. I have been to so many countries and have stayed at 5 star rated villa's and hotels but i have never came across a beautiful villa like yours.
All the staffs were friendly and very helpful too especially Mr Dong. I have paid all the remaining balance to Mr Dong. My group might be back to your wonderful villa in future. Thanks for all the service and hospitality. Thanks you.

We fell for the beautiful pictures when we booked zamani but reality was even better, what a fantastic place. Fresh and clean, super modern, amazing food and the view ! Here is everything you need for a luxurious holiday. We did not even fight for the master bedroom, there were two. Greetings to Dong, Na and everyone else who took such good care of us. See you again.

Wow! We can really recommend the villa zamani. villa, staff, food, everything is five star luxury. Better than expected, we did not even leave the house during the whole time we were there :-). We will be back! Thank you for everything.
