Conceived by respected Thai architect Charupan Wiriyawiwatt of Hong Kong-based Naga Concepts, the villa’s ‘yin yang’ sensibility is a study in complementary opposites, mixing elements of classic, soft-lined Thai architecture and tropical gardens with the hard, crisp lines of contemporary furnishings.

Lounge and entertain over the wondrous Andaman Sea in Villa Yang’s open-plan kitchen, dining and living area or outdoors from the 17-meter infinity pool deck. The four-level villa offers individual privacy with four elegant bedrooms, each with a private en suite and sea view deck.

Classic, soft-lined Thai design is mixed with the hard, crisp lines of modern design and luxury décor. Sleek materials such as dark hardwood terracing, marble and granite highlight the unique design statements introduced throughout the property: plate glass vanities and shower screens with pebble and bamboo inclusions, iridescent beaded bathtubs and glass stairways.
Villa Yang is spread over four different levels affording sea views from almost every room. The top entrance level, with reception and sea view sitting area, leads down to the second level where the large open-plan Minotti kitchen, dining and living area is situated. This indoor space opens onto the lounge deck that fronts a 17-meter infinity pool which seemingly teeters on the edge of the Andaman Sea. Down one more level are Bedroom 2, 3 and 4, each with a private en suite and sea view deck. Further stairs lead down to the bottom level where the large, ultra private Master Bedroom (Bedroom 1) with en suite with full bathtub and two private seafront decks surrounded by lush tropical gardens.

Terms and Conditions
Deposit:
A 50% non refundable deposit is required on booking. Deposit payable within five days. The balance due six weeks prior to arrival, except for peak season when the balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation:
Any cancellation made less than 45 days prior to the arrival date during Peak Season, a full total amount of the room rate will be acquired by the company and non-refundable.
Any cancellation made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date during any other time of the year, a full total amount of the room rate will be acquired by the company and non-refundable.
Refundable security deposit:
15%, due along with payment of the balance of the rental.

10 day minimum stay requirement during Peak Season (Dec 15th-Jan 15th )
3 day minimum stay requirement during High Season (Dec 1st–14th, Jan 16th–April 31st )
