The studio is just 4 years old. Mostly solid wood, Thai style furniture, luxury porcelain bathroom, airconditioning, balcony with ocean views, built in kitchen with black granite worktop. Internet access is available. 200m from two pretty beaches. A good selection of bars and restaurants within walking distance and Pattaya centre around 2 miles away. Lovely communal pool with bridge to central jacuzzi feature, residents gym, convenience store and wine shop all form part of the development. 
 
There's plenty to do in Pattaya - shopping, boat trips, watersports as well as a hugely varied nightlife including cabaret, nightclubs, theme pubs and dining cruises. There's an excellent aquariam, go karts, bowling, elephant farms and a handful of world class golf courses within an easy drive. 
 
There are delightful islands to explore, fishing trips, diving, golf and elephant treks. Stock up on Thai silk, traditional wooden gifts and replica watches. Shop western style at modern shopping plazas, or enjoy haggling at the night market in true Thai fashion and unbelievably low prices. Thailand is called 'The Land of Smiles' - and rightly so.

    I stayed two weeks here and couldn't be more satisfied. Any details that arose were quickly addressed. Security is good but not intrusive. Location in Naklua was ideal for the trip I wanted to have. Close enough to Pattaya for me! 10 minutes out. You don't have to focus on Pattaya anyway. Minutes from the amazing Naklua Market and the Sanctuary of Truth. Beer Bars and live music right down on the Avenue.

    Back home now. Just want to say thanks once again, we had a great time, the
    Apartment was beautiful and in a very quiet location which suited us. Never quite
    made Walking street but we did risk the motorbike taxi on a number of
    occasions. Our highlight was when a small pickup truck passed us on the road
    (between bike taxi and Arts cafe ) with a huge elephant on the back. We just
    stood with our jaws hanging open. Where else would you see a sight like
    that?
