5 Bedroom Villa in Koh Samui Area

A new 5 bedroom villa with beautiful panoramic views that overlooks Choeng Mon Beach. 
 
The villa is situated on three floors on a private gated estate within 10 minutes walk from the beach. The ground floor living areas are separated into two areas, a modern fully equipped kitchen with American style Fridge Freezer and dishwasher. There is a bar with seating for 4 and a seated dining area for 8 persons. Through an archway you enter the TV lounge with two three seater settees and arm chair. The TV will access satellite stations as well as the Media Centre. Both these areas overlook the sun terraces and the 4.2M x 13M infinity swimming pool and Jacuzzi, all having views over Choeng Mon beach and the island of Koh Fan Yai. The terraces have overhanging roofs that provide shade during the day and protection during rain, allowing the terraces to have maximum useage. Terrace furniture consists of five sun loungers with cushions, one daybed, one three seater settee, table and chairs for four and table and chairs for two. 
 
There is a separate door from the terrace to the utility room with washing machine and washroom with WC, saving pool users accessing the kitchen when wet. The utility room and WC can also be accessed from the kitchen. 
 
The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom are located on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobes and writing desk, fully tiled bathroom with twin washbasin, bath and separate rain shower. The 2nd bedroom that is located opposite, has twin beds, wardrobes, fully tiled bathroom and rain shower, making it particularly suitable for families with children. 
 
Bedrooms 3, 4 & 5 are completely self-contained with queen sized beds, wardrobes and a large fully tiled bathroom. Each bathroom has a bath, separate rain shower and twin washbasins. All bedrooms have views over Choeng Mon beach. 
 
Bedrooms 1, 3 & 4 have a balcony where you can relax and enjoy the views. 
 
A separate games room is available complete with a pool table. This room also has seats and can offer privacy and a quiet hideaway to read and relax. There is a fridge to store cold drinks, a washroom with WC and internet plus a selection of books. 
 
All rooms have air conditioning and are tastefully decorated in a modern / thai style. 
 
The Lounge, Games Room and all bedrooms with the exception of bedroom 5, have a TV and can access the media centre that will supply music, films (over 1000), or internet radio independently to each room. 
 
Internet access is supplied on the first and ground floor as well as in the games room. 
 
Through the ‘squeeze box’ all worldwide internet stations can be accessed for music, sport or current affairs. 
 
Areas around the property have been laid to lawn with seating, where children can play and adults relax. 

The villa is fully furnished complete with all the utensils one may require. The TV lounge has high quality surround sound to give maximum enjoyment whilst listening to music or viewing one of the 1000's of movies available on the multi-media system. Bedrooms 1,2,3 and 4 have a TV linked to the multi-media sytem and can access both music and films independently, with sound in both the bedroom and in the en-suite bathroom if required. A separate games room is available complete with a pool table. This room also has seats and can offer privacy and a quiet hideaway to read and relax and admire the view. There is a fridge and a washroom with WC. The room has TV with access to the multi-media system, offering a choice of music or movies as described above, plus a selection of books. There is internet access throughout the villa.

Koh Samui is Thailand’s Boutique Island, with lovely beaches and laid back atmosphere. It offers all sorts of fun and enjoyment, from a spa afternoon, to the thrill of parasailing. There are plenty of beach activities, including diving, sailing, watersports, day trips to marine parks, full moon partying on nearby Koh Phan Ngan, and nightlife. 
 
The most obvious activities are found on the beach, parasailing, sail boats, jet-skis etc. Away from the beach you can ride elephants, hike, or even explore by quad bike. Paintball and go karting are available, plus you can also play golf at Santiburi Country Club. You can rent a scooter and circumnavigate the island seeing sites such as the giant Buddhas and Hindu statues, a mummified monk, Muslim fishing villages and much more. Take an offshore tour, on a boat to Ang Thong Marine Park archipelago. These stunning islands includes hidden lagoons and snorkelling as part of the package.

• Travel Info: Samui is around 690kms south of Bangkok and 50kms from the east coast of Thailand. Flight time from Bangkok is just over an hour, and the island is also serviced domestically from Phuket, Pattaya, and Chiang Mai, plus Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Hong Kong. There are also rail and road options to the south-eastern coast followed by a boat trip to Samui. Samui’s award winning airport is the main gateway to the island,with hourly flights from Bangkok.
