This villa was completed in November 2008. It benefits from a secluded position in the north east tip of Samui, yet is conveniently situated close to the airport and major tourist attractions, making it ideal for groups looking for a touch of luxury but wanting to maintain a level of privacy. The accommodation comprises: 3 en-suite bedrooms all with air conditioning: Large open-plan lounge with views across the infinity edge pool to the bay beyond: Fully fitted European kitchen with granite work surfaces: Sun terrace and sala equipped with separate fridge, shower, wc and outdoor dining area. The villa benefits from 24 hour security and ease of access with ample parking provision. It benefits from "passive cooling" in the living and kitchen areas to keep cool without using airconditioning. The west facing aspect of this villa overlooking the Gulf of Siam towards the Ang Thong Marine Park means that the sunsets at this location are some of the most spectacular on the island.

Samui is best known for it's fabulous white sandy beaches. There are so many to choose from, the best known and larger beaches include Chaweng beach and Lamai beach with their beautiful swimming waters and lively night life. As well as the better known beaches there are many secluded beaches and coves, many within a ten minute drive of the Palm View villa. Big Buddah beach is a 5 minute walk, Tongson Bay a 15 minute walk or a 3 minute drive and Cheong Mon beach, which is regarded by many as the best beach on the island is only a 5 minute drive away.

The activities available to visitors to Samui are many and varied, popular activities include golf, diving, sailing, snorkelling, wind surfing, kite boarding, flying fox, atvs, elephant rides, jet skis, go karting, paintball, cooking, spa treatments etc etc.

Sleeps: 6 people in three large A/C suites. This can be expanded to sleep up to 8 people by using guest beds in the bedrooms. We also have two cots for very small children.
Bedrooms: 3, Bathrooms: 3, one ensuite bathroom for each bedroom.
Kitchen: Fully equipped and integrated European kitchen with granite work surfaces.
Lounge area: Seats up to 8, finished with teak throughout. Views over the pool to the bay beyond.
Entertainment: 50" plasma TV with UBC satellite in living room, surround sound with connection for personal MP3 players.
Laundry: Beach towels, house towels and bed linen provided and are changed twice a week.
Cleaning: Maid service attends the property 6 afternoons a week.
Swimming pool: 12 x 3 metre infinity edge pool with views over the gulf of Siam and shallow areas.
Ground terrace: Views over the pool and the bay. Sun Loungers provided.
Sala: Complete with al fresco dining table, chairs, toilet and shower.

High Season Price : £1200 per Week

Initial Deposit An initial non-refundable deposit of 40% must be received before a confirmation can be issued. No confirmation will be issued until funds have been received and accepted. If funds are not received within 7 banking days the reservation shall be deemed to have been cancelled.

Balance Payment Final payment of the remaining balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. Should payment be due to be paid on site upon arrival Travellers Cheques, credit card withdrawals or cash exchange transactions can easily be accomplished at any Currency Exchange Counter at Bangkok Airport when you arrive (they have the most favourable exchange rates) or locally. Failure to make the final payment on this basis will make reservation subject to automatic cancellation. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the arrival date, 100% of the cost of the Villa rental shall be due at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified.
