Dear Derrick,
I thought you might be pleased to hear that my family had a fabulous time at your villa. We couldn't have been more pleased with the generosity, professionalism and efficiency of aoi and the staff. Our every request was quickly responded to with "no problem". Dishes were whisked away before we could lend a hand. Our clothes were laundered. Fresh towels magically appeared not only for the bath, but the beach as well. Aoi made sure we got to the villa in one piece, that we were well fed and informed of all the fun and interesting things to do locally. She made sure we had taxis whenever we needed. She was invaluable, as was the lovely couple who cleaned up after us.
Oh, and the villa itself - magnificent! For a few brief days, our family felt and were treated like royalty. The view alone is worth the trip, and the pool was beyond our wildest expectation. This holiday was much too brief, but the resorative powers of sunshine and beach helped us weather the unpleasant welcome home of 8 inches of snow and howling winds!!!
We have raved about your villa to all our friends. Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to be your guests.
Regretfully back home,
Maureen Benesh

Yet again, another idyllic stay at Samui Sunset Pavilions. We have stayed in this villa before and couldnt wait to get back!
I travelled alone this time with my two young boys and we had fantastic time.
The villa is luxurious, the views are stunning and the staff and villa manger professional and welcoming. They were all very helpful and friendly which allowed us to chill out to our hearts content.
We sat under the sala every day by the infinity pool, gazing out onto the ocean views eating our breakfast.
The boys had lots of fun splashing in and out of the pool, playing quite happily and we also enjoyed the fantastic weather, warm and sunny with occasional fresh showers which are an amazing sight, rolling in from the ocean - really spectacular.
We also often watched the kite boaders zooming around on the beach opposite and below the villa. I've tried it before, its fun and exhilerating and the kite boarding school is in close proximity to the villa.
We also took advantage of our very own food delivery service, sampling the local thai cuisine and going out on trips to places like the waterfalls, nathon walking street, markets, Big Buddha and various beach and restuarant locations.
Sometimes, just before the kids went to bed we made popcorn and they watched movies up on the the comfy cushions in the bar while i took in the beautiful nightime views.
All in all, the three of us had a very enjoyable, peaceful holiday which gave us some much needed rejuvenation. We didn't want to leave, and we can't wait to go back!
Kirsty for a stay in August 2010.

Message Sunset Pavilions villa is set within lovely tropical gardens on a hillside with a great view over the ocean and surrounding hills that are covered in palms. The villa is spacious and very comfortable with a private pool that must be one of the largest on the island. It is rare that we visit a place where we find the reality is better than the pictures. We liked everything about this place.
We had such a lovely time in this secret hideaway, eating fruit from the garden and receiving star treatment from the resident staff and manager for whom nothing was too much trouble, be that home cooked meals, spa treatment at the villa, or organising tours for us. You can spend lazy days at the villa or get involved in exciting activities around the island.
Cocktails in the roof top bar were a perfect vantage point from which to watch the ever changing sunsets, unfolding every day before our eyes as the sun set over the sea. Thoroughly recommended

Message 5 days of relaxed honeymoon bliss!
Fantastic sunsets.
Diving in & out of the infinity pool-whiles away the hours rather splendidly...with a couple of GnT's, naturally!
Great fun with the water guns too!
Staff on hand if you want them- shut them out if you don't!(Big thanks for cleaning the fresh prawns we BBQ'd & for sorting the laundry!)
Stuff/trips organised if you want them-just chill if you don't. Whatever you want from your stay's possible.
Skate boarding down the hill-great. Tad harder climbing back up though!!
Fab memories and pics-we'd be back there tomorrow if we could!!

Message Hi Derrick,
Just wanted to drop you a line to say how much we enjoyed the villa. The staff were wonderful and my little boy loved hanging out with them!
I have to say you undersell the property itself - it's fabulous! We will definitely be back.
Well done finding Aoi (Villa Manager) as well - she was great.
Best wishes,
Kathryn x

Message Ssp was a great holiday.
the place is better than it looks on the web advertisement and much bigger than we imagined . the staff were very good with cleaning every day and did not spend longer than necessary, but were always available if we wanted them. the manager was away on an emergency and we had the owner, Derrick, looking after us with tours and massages at the villa, which is an indication of how important the guests are treated by Sunset Pavilions. it seemed that everyone was really concerned that we should enjoy oursleves. Koh Samui is a magical place with so much to see and do- especially the Marine Park which was amazing.
we had a lovely time and will not hesitate to recommend that others stay at the villa, especially friends from Singapore, as Samui and Bangkok are directly connected to us by short flights.

Privacy and Pampering in Paradise
Sunset Pavilions:
To date all of my guests have been impressed with the Villa, the privacy and the amazing views, especially given the proximity to the seafront. It gives such a feeling of space, inside and out.
Without fail every guest has been equally pleased with the level of service provided by the resident staff, ably assisted by the Villa Manager. Aoi is adept at making her guests visit that little bit more special and she also provides first rate concierge services.
If you have ever been worried about having to fend for yourself on villa holidays and feel you may be missing out by not staying in a hotel, forget those worries at Sunset Pavilions!
Koh Samui is a magical tropical island- so relaxing and yet if you wish it can be very exciting. Most visitors return again and again. I recommend the beach restaurants opposite- if you want to the staff will go and collect your meal! And further away, the best meal on the island is had at The Shack in Bophut, where our good friend Larry always provides a great welcome.
Beach Villa Bang Po:
Quite differet to SSP- just two bedrooms in a small bungalow but its right by the beach. Daily maid service and the same manager available. If you have a large group why not rent both?
If you have any questions just call me.+973 39693783
I am Bahrain based and spend my time between Bahrain and Thailand. I rent my own villa and also market villas for a growing number of people around Thailand.
Best regards,
Derrick
