The suite is located at the 35th floor of the 38th story building with the view of Manila Bay, Luneta, Fort Santiago, Intramurus and the the city.. There is a passageway at the lobby leading you inside the Mall thereby elliminating of going out in the streets. There is a swimming pool at the 7th floor. There is also laundry service at the 7th floor where you can drop your laundy for small fee. The Mall has all you need, from shopping to food, movies, etc... This condo is very accessible to everything.. Mall of Asia is nearby about 15 minutes drive and the Airport is less than 30 minutes away also. Security is very high at the condo also. Guests are checked as they come in.

I am really impressed with this condo, Kudos to Mr. Jay Sumilang (owner). It is very convenient to everything, you name it they've got it, entertainment in the surrounding malate/mabini area, close to Manila Bay and best of all the Robinsons shopping mall is just downstairs. The guards are very polite and attentive to your needs. The condo itself is clean. I am impressed with hot water because it remains hot while you are showering unlike other hotels hot water runs out after 3 minutes while showering. Grocery is also downstairs and you can cook if you get tired of eating out. I have nothing bad to say about this condo. It has free internet also. I will stay here again in the future. Thanks Jay.

The Inner City  
Facing the northeastern fringe of Rizal Park, you will notice a building with a clock tower--the Manila City Hall. Divisoria Market in San Nicolas sells everything under the sun, while gold and Chinese delicacies are the staple goods at the stores and stalls of Chinatown in Binondo. All four districts are part of the inner city and worth visiting for their fascinating local color and flavor, though the visitor should venture into them only in the company of a
