Situated in the North of the island close to Grand Baie and Pereybere. The Villa is located in a small gated development that has 24 hour Concierge on duty. This side of the island has all the benefits, being protected from the winds that make the East coast that bit more uncomfortable. Super U, the norths main shopping centre is located only a short distance away for all your daily needs.

During the day the pool is always bathed in sunlight with just the right amount of shade coming from the palm tree closest to the pool. Completely private with no overlooking properties you have nothing but the sight of swaying palm trees and the blue skies of Mauritius to trouble you.

The Tv Lounge has a 32' flat screen Sony Bravia TV with Surround sound system for either the latest DVD's or just some soft background music to listen to while dining on the veranda

In the cool of the Mauritius evening you can sit in the thatched Kiosk and look inwards towards the Villa. The pool has underwater lighting highlighting the colours in the Indian Slate lined Pool

The Master Bedroom ensuite is accessed either via the large walk-through wardrobe or direct from the bedroom.
With separate his and hers marble lined sinks and a deep, walk- in sunken marble lined shower surrounded by a large glass lined window looking on to your private tropical garden which is lit up at night

Ideally located to take advantage of scuba diving, there are a numnber of diving facilities located nearby and we have even had clients use the pool for their diving lessons for beginners. But it is just as easy to learn in the sea as all the beaches are so calm and protected. All Charges are per week - Minimum Charge applies during December and January of €3,200.00 per week

Bookings are not guaranteed until a full deposit has been received. Due to the nature of Online Banking we recommend Deposit payments are made by "Same Day Bank Transfer" once you receive your booking form, so you're booking is confirmed as soon as possible.

A 30% non refundable deposit of the total amount will secure your accommodation. A .pdf invoice will be emailed to you and it explains how to proceed with placing a deposit payment via direct transfer (preferred method). The remainder is then due 10 weeks prior to your date of arrival. Check in time on date of arrival is 2pm
