Sabah sits at the north eastern tip of Borneo, the world's third largest island. Its 1,440 km (900 miles) coast is washed by the South China Sea on the west and Sulu Sea and Celebes Sea on the East, and is ringed by a scattering of islands.
Temperatures rarely rise above 32°C (90°F) except on exceptionally hot days, and along the coastal areas rarely drops below 20°C (68°F) at night.
The villa is situated in a rural residential resort, away from the tourist area, nestling in tropical greenery and fronting the South China Sea. It is within fifty yards of a beautiful sandy beach and has an uninterrupted view of offshore islands. It comfortably sleeps seven persons,there is also a guest bed.
It is nine miles south of the airport and twelve miles from the capital city of Kota Kinabalu.
