"We stayed 6 days in this villa and found it was very new and clean. It is also conveniently located between the beach and city centre and only takes around 30 minutes to go either place. Pulau Tikus
The Dhammikarama Burmese Temple at Burmah Lane is the first Buddhist temple to be built in Penang. Across the road, is Wat Chaiyamangkalaram, the largest Thai Buddhist temple in Penang. It is often called the Temple of the Reclining Buddha, whereby the image of Phra Chaiya Mongkol measures 33 meters (108 ft) from end to end.

Penang Botanic Gardens & Youth Park offers outdoor sports like walking, jogging, jungle trekking, cycling etc, and known to have the best landscape parks in the country. There is also a Craft Batik Factory nearby.

Ayer Itam
Penang Hill is the oldest hill station in Malaysia. There is funicular train ride uphill and canopy walk. It reaches an elevation of 833 meters (2723 ft) at Western Hill. Best view of whole Georgetown and Penang Bridge, especially at night.

Kek Lok Si is the largest temple in Penang. The two star attractions are Pagoda of 10,000 Buddhas and the giant bronze statue of Kuan.

Nearby Island Plaza shopping mall and Prima Tanjung offers restaurant, food court, gym, designer clothes, entertainment and supermarket.

Batu Ferringhi
It is the most famous stretch of beaches in Penang with the most happening night spots on the island. Popular for water-sports and horseback riding along the beach. Pasar malam or the street-side night market where inexpensive trinkets are sold. There are a lot of restaurants along Batu Ferringhi to cater to every taste, local and foreign.

Gurney Drive
A seaside promenade, Gurney Drive is famous throughout Malaysia as the place to enjoy the best of Penang food. The second biggest shopping mall in Penang, Gurney Plaza caters to an upmarket customer base.

Bookings - Bookings to be made via email or phone. A 10% deposit will be required on booking and the balance is required 4 weeks before arrival date. Cancellation within 4 weeks before arrival date will incur a loss of deposit due to administration cost.

Security Deposit - A cheque deposit/holding of £300 or €450 will be required to cover for any breakages and key/security pass replacement if lost during your stay. This will be refunded in full within two weeks of your departure date where there are no losses or breakages.

Final Cleaning of £40.
