Note: Our vacation home is ideal for family holidays in Penang and Strictly NOT for hosting any functions or parties because the property is located in a very quiet environment with 24 hours security.

Tanjung Tokong It is an old fishing village with beautiful sea-view scenery looking towards mainland. A famous open-air seafood restaurant called Sea Pearl Lagoon cafe features special dishes of coal-baked crabs and salt-baked prawns. Nearby Island Plaza shopping mall and Prima Tanjung offers restaurant, food court, gym, designer clothes, entertainment and supermarket. Batu Ferringhi It is the most famous stretch of beaches in Penang with the most happening night spots on the island. Popular for water-sports and horseback riding along the beach. Pasar malam or the street-side night market where inexpensive trinkets are sold. There are a lot of restaurants along Batu Ferringhi to cater to every taste, local and foreign. Gurney Drive A seaside promenade, Gurney Drive is famous throughout Malaysia as the place to enjoy the best of Penang food. The second biggest shopping mall in Penang, Gurney Plaza caters to an upmarket customer base.

Pulau Tikus 
The Dhammikarama Burmese Temple at Burmah Lane is the first Buddhist temple to be built in Penang. Across the road, is Wat Chaiyamangkalaram, the largest Thai Buddhist temple in Penang. It is often called the Temple of the Reclining Buddha, whereby the image of Phra Chaiya Mongkol measures 33 meters (108 ft) from end to end. 
 
Penang Botanic Gardens and Youth Park offers outdoor sports like walking, jogging, jungle trekking, cycling etc, and known to have the best landscape parks in the country. There is also a Craft Batik Factory nearby.

Bookings - Bookings to be made via email or phone. A 10% deposit will be required on booking and the balance is required 4 weeks before arrival date. Cancellation within 4 weeks before arrival date will incur a loss of deposit due to administration cost. Security Deposit - A deposit/holding of £150 will be required to cover for any breakages and key/security pass replacement if lost during your stay. This will be refunded in full within two weeks of your departure date where there are no losses or breakages.
