Completed in 2009, this superb British owned Villa offers everything that you could wish for a homely yet peaceful holiday. The villa is situated in a most tranquil position at the end of a 'no through' lane on the outskirts of a Hindu village (where there is no mosque to disturb you!) yet is close to the west coast beaches and Senggigi village. The extensive open plan living area, which opens on to the swimming pool, contains many traditional Indonesian artefacts and furnishings, has seating for 10, a dining table and chairs for 8 and satellite TV. There are 3 large air conditioned bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom. The well tended terraced garden has an abundance of tropical plants and shrubs and an enticing 9mx4mx1.5m deep pool. The shaded gazebo, with its sun loungers and deck chairs, which is adjacent to the pool, is the ideal place to relax and enjoy this tropical paradise. Your stay at the villa will be an experience not to be forgotten - paradise found!
The lounge has comfortable seating for 10, many ancient Indonesian artifacts and furnishings, ceiling fans and satellite TV. The dining area has table and chairs for 8 people.
To the rear of the villa there is a 'back' kitchen (which contains the cooker), a utility room with toilet and washing machine and a store room.
The maid will clean the villa daily. Towels etc are provided and are washed and replaced, as required, by the maid. She will also do one laundry wash per day free of charge. There is a gardener / maintenance man on-site daily.
This is a privately owned villa standing in it's own grounds, not on a complex, and is ideal for family holidays. Maid, gardener and night security man are included in the rental. At a small extra cost we can supply a cook and/or butler if required.
The villa has a beautiful terraced garden containing many tropical plants and shrubs which is lovingly maintained by the gardener. The private 9mx4mx1.5m deep tiled swimming pool is a joy. The large shaded gazebo, adjacent to the pool, with its sun beds and deck chairs is the ideal place to relax. The gazebo has its own cooking facilities for el fresco living!

Travel Options
- Travel Info: Mataram airport is about 30 minutes by taxi - cost £3 approx -but the new international airport will be further. At present, Lombok is served internationally only by Singapore Airlines, otherwise it is necessary to fly via Jakarta or Bali. Airport collection can be arranged.
Car or scooter hire is available from Senggigi, but it is up to you. Taxis and the little mini buses are so cheap that you might decide that vehicle hire is not required. Car hire costs about £15/£20 per day with driver.
The village of Senggigi, which has many restaurants and shops, is about 3km. The only town (Mataram) is about 30 minutes by taxi or minibus. Mataram is the only town that has any sort of western shopping and has a modern shopping mall.
