The ZEN Villas is a small-scale resort of just 11 holiday villas located in the seaside village of Sanur, Bali. The beaches, the sea, restaurants, cafes and pubs, supermarkets and other shops are all located well within walking distance from the villas. 
 
All villas have been built between 2005 and 2007, are situated on a private plot of land of 350 m2 / almost 4.000 square feet with lots of green bushes and trees as a separation between the villas. Your privacy is guaranteed. Cars and motorbikes are not allowed within the complex and need to be parked at the front parking-area, making the complex a very quiet and safe (for playing children) area. 
 
We offer a 2 bed room villa for rent. All villas are on one (ground) level, have a full-grown and well maintained private garden area, a private plunge pool or larger type of pool, full air-conditioning throughout the villa, a fully equipped kitchen, are fully furnished and decorated in a modern and stylish design, have cable TV with over 60 channels. 
 
All villas are daily serviced by our housekeeping staff. The complex has 24/7 security present and access is limited to resident guests and visitors with appointments. Resident guests have unlimited and unrestricted Internet access by means of a specially assigned computer at the reception area. The complex is managed by a Dutch / Indonesian couple, who have been residing in Bali for years, and who can assist you in various ways.  
 
The seaside village of Sanur is located just 20 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from “down-town” Denpasar / the islands capital, and 50 minutes from Ubud. In Sanur one can book all kinds of day-trips and excursions, such as white water rafting, dive trips, visits to museums, visits to temples and sawah area.

Deposit of 2 nights minimum required at time of booking. Remaining amount of reservation to be paid 4 weeks prior to the arrival date. Cancellation: Longer than 4 weeks prior to arrival guest is charged the minimum down payment of 2 nights. Cancellation closer than 4 weeks prior to arrival date: Guest is charged the minimum down payment of 2 nights + a negotiable remaining amount, as this depends on the reasons for cancellation
