We are far enough up the hill to be away from the noise, traffic and tourists but still close (about a 10 minute drive, shorter by motorbike) to the beach, Lovina central restaurants and shops, the local market, etc. Our welcome package includes restaurant and spa recommendations based on our personal experience, as well as a list of attractions. We recommend you use an experienced local driver and car. Very inexpensive and great for trips, tours, translations while shopping, etc. Cars and motorbikes are also available for rent nearby.
Tiga Wasa is about 10 minutes up the hill from Lovina, the main north Bali tourist area. Here you can find snorkeling, diving, fishing, restaurants, shops, etc. 15-20 minutes east is Singaraja, the former capital of Bali. A little further and you will find waterfalls, volcanoes, golfing, hiking, palaces, temples, eco-tourism, gorgeous rice terraces, coffee and cocoa plantations. The beauty of Bali is the people, the culture, the low prices, and the fact it is a small island and you can get anywhere you want in 3 hours or so. Our villa boasts peace, quiet, privacy and tranquility, as well as gorgeous views. Enjoy your own pool rather than sharing it with all of the other guests at a hotel. Enjoy your own personal staff. And 10 minutes away are several fantastic restaurants and bars, the local market for fresh fruit and vegetables, ATMs, convenience stores, small supermarkets, etc. Our villa is the best of both worlds! We are a mountainside villa, and as such, the road is narrow and steep. We recommend you use a local driver and car, unless you are comfortable driving such roads yourself. Some people are not.
